What Causes Breathlessness And Nausea With Bp 156/96?

My bp is 156/96 and heart has been staying around 97 to 105 while I'm at rest. I feel short of breath, light headed, nausa, neck hurts. Should I be concerned> I have a pacemaker to prevent my heart from getting under 60. It was staying in the 40's and now it's decided to go the other way. I forgot to mention I am a 43 year old female. I am 5'2" and weigh 139.

Dear Mrs,
If your complains and your blood pressure rise are acute, you should go to ER. if not, you need to see your doctor to check your medication, because your blood pressure and heart rate are increased and you need medication for correction of these parameters.
Wish you good health.
