What Causes Breathlessness And Pain In Chest Area?

hi, I had had a bad pain in my heart for about a good 30mins the pain travelled to my andand atm, it was painful as I couldn t move as it would pull a string in my chest, after this incident I feel really breathless and tired after walking short distance or doing something fast

Greetings!ANSWER since your history suggest a cardiac type of pain, it would advice you to get a ECG and echo done! These kind of pain can be very serious but also some time be as simple as simple gastritis! Its better to get a ECG done!
