What Causes Breathlessness And Palpitations Despite Taking Etizola Plus?

I am a 40 year old female. Have been suffering from shortness of breath, palpitations, and intermittent inability to swallow for the last 3 years. Got all my tests done including echocardiogram, EKG, TFT, CBC, sugar, cholesterol and everything is normal. Doctor has come to the conclusion that it is a case of anxiety. Has put me on etizola plus 5 mg for the last month but to no avail. please help.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be due anxiety but it is always associated with hyperacidity and in my opinion it is better to have PPI for this and better drug would be Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time hope this information helps.
