hi, i was running and jumping and i got a little tired but i felt better after a while. Then i started to run and jump again and I got dizzy so i stopped and sat down but it didnt help so I went to the restroom to splash cold water on my face but i didnt work and then i fell and was having trouble breathing when my friends helped me get up i couldnt feel my hands or feet they were tingling. I felt good during the whole day and i ate and had a good sleep. What could I have? What should I do other than go to the doctor?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder.

For this reason, if the episode repeats, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labyrinthine tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
