What Causes Breathlessness And Wheezing With Clear Sputum?

Hi sir.i am 24 Yrs of age.m having this breathlessness nd wheezing problem along with tiny particles of transperent phelgum.its not a contineous problems,it occurs once in a week during this change in weather every twice a year.kindly advice a medication that can b kept handy in case of ny emergency during my exams.steam inhalation is ineffective.thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be suggestive of allergic condition and it is better to stay away from the causative factors, as long as emergency is concern inhaler can be used in case of sever breathlessness and best would be "Salbutamol" some time symptom could be due to emotional stress, so better to rule out this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
