What Causes Breathlessness, Cough And Pain On My Right Side During Early Morning?

I was fine when I went to bed around 9:00 PM. I woke up around 3 AM with not being able to take a full breath on my right side, wicked pain in only half a breath. Then the coughing started and I couldn t stand it. 100% disabled so I don t have a lot of options. Any ideas?

Chest x ray may give some clue
