What Causes Breathlessness, Dizziness, Leg Twitching, And Strange Sensations Around My Hernia Site?

ive had 2 hernia surgeries and i got another hernia now, lately ive been experiencing shortness of breath hypertension dizziness mostly after i eat or when i awake or smoking a cigarette my legs twitch sometimes and almost every time i have this funny feeling that occurs where the hernia is and its not extremely painful but does hurt more of a strange sensation it has me worried I start feeling like im having panic attacks my head feels like it s full of air and even when i bend over i feel very heavy
