What Causes Breathlessness, Headache And Fast Heartbeats When Smoking?

I usually smoke 10 cigerettes daily , i always smoke after eating a supari which has high cafeine in it , everytime when i smoke i can t breathe properly , headache starts and my heartbeat become faster .i am 25 years old.please advice me what should i do.

ok, consider seeing what happens if the nicotine is NOT from smoking (nicotine patch or nicotine lozenge). Mostly, it is not the nicotine but the smoke that would cause these symptoms and .. can manage the addiction and not have the symptoms. If it DOES occur with the patches, then you know it is the nicotine (or entirely psychological) or the caffeine. Eliminate each and see what is the cause
