What Causes Breathlessness, Nose Infection And Sinus?

Hi, I am a 41 years old woman and am experiencing shortness of breath and pain in my left shoulder blade when I yawn or breath in deeply. I have a lot of problems with my nose (swelling, sinus infections) and have been told I may need an operation to reduce the swelling and correct a deviated septum. I m not sure if this is related but thought I should mention it. Also, this is a bit embarrassing, but I am burping a lot, which is not normal for me. Thanks in advance for any advice.... Laura

Hi,
You have classical features of Sino bronchial syndrome associated with Gastritis too.
Since you have evaluated already for sinusitis and planned for surgery i recommend you to proceed. The correction of sinusitis will stop post nasal dripping there by bronchial symptoms reduces and stops.
My sincere advice to any ladies in middle age is to lookafter your health first to take care of yopur family. Skipping the breakfast is the major issue. The gastritis, burping, reflux issues are all not happening in a single day. it may take many months and years to cause current issues. Meet Gastro enterologst and review the ENT dr for Sx. Take care.
