What Causes Breathlessness Upon Bending Along With Inverted T Wave?

Severe onset of breathlessness when bending down tying my shoelaces, Male age 68, diagonised with myo pericarditis, now into 3rd time, over a period of 6 months 3rd consecutive year, medication colchicine, naproxen, medication not managing my condition, now I have this breathlessness, I also was diaognised with transient Left Ventricular Hypertrophy 3years ago, frustrated no one seems to know how deal with my problems, ECG shows inverted T wave, but all they do is vary my dosage but to no effect..Peter

Hi,

The T inversion can be of multiple reasons as:
- Common one being alteration in coronary circulation via ischemia
- Subacute intracerebral hemorrhage
- Resolution phase of myocarditis or peri carditis
- Pulmonary embolism
- Others

However, it is the co relation with clinical symptoms and other changes in EKG that matters a lot for its significance or non significance on clinical back grounds.
