General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The breathlessness is due to compromised lung function from the expansive capacity of the alveoli secondary to the poor blood supply.

The stomach upset, poor appetite can be part of gastritis with stress.

Weight loss has to be evaluated clinically as there can be multiple parameters working behind the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
