What Causes Breathlessness While Playing Football?
I was playing football and I went to shoot and I fell on my bottom and my back really hurt. As soon as I made contact I was rolling around and I couldn t breathe then after a few seconds I could breath now it s getting better 20-30mins after the fall. Have I fractured or broken any bones. I have done this on more than 1 occasion (3-4) times and all the same things have happened

In my opinion you should get done chest x ray to rule out
1. Rib fracture.
2. Pneumothorax.
3. Pulmonary contusions.
Since you are having blunt trauma and post trauma breathlessness, we have to rule out above causes. As all the above mentioned causes can be seen after blunt trauma and in all breathlessness occurs.
So better to get done chest x ray and discuss these things with doctor.
