What Causes Breathlessness,frequent Burps And Diarrhea?
Hello. I m 18 and I ve been monitoring my heart rate. My resting heart rate ranges from 80+ to 90+. It goes more than 100 when I get home or do something tiring which I think is pretty normal. But I have problems with breathing sometimes. Is it just anxiety because I keep thinking that my body is wrong somewhere? But I also keep burping and my stool is always watery. This started since last week.

I can understand your concern
the heart what you mentioned is absolutely normal
but as you are getting breathing difficulty ,ehich may be due to anxiety or another cause should be ruled out
so better you undergo once ECG and 2DEcho test ,
there is no relationship of dirrhoea to this breathlessness except due anxiety .
so try to reduce your tensions and be free of mind .
don't worry ,it will subside
if not have a consult once psychiatrist once to get rid of fear .. ok bye
