I was at work this afternoon and leaned over to grab a file. When I did I thought I have gotten a sudden nose bleed. However, when I grabbed a tissue, it was bright yellow orange fluid. I have not had any type of recent injuries, but I am getting over a cold.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Nose bleed when you have cold is 'epistaxis'. Generally it is spontaneous and it stops on its own. You need to pinch your nose for a couple of minutes and breathe through mouth. If it occurs again and again, you need to cauterise bleeding blood vessel in nasal mucosa. That van be done by ENT surgeon.
