What Causes Bright Flashes In Eyes And Tinnitus?

When I was at the park I started to hear bells which gradually got louder. Then my cousin begin to speak to me and it sounded as if I underwent anesthesia , her voice sounded deep and groggy if that makes sense. I told her we needed to leave the park and when I stood up everything got extremely bright. I was able to walk but felt weakened and when I looked at my cousins face I could barely see her nose because her face was so bright. These symptoms disappeared after about five minutes what could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, because of the high pitch sound that is unbearable to listen may cause such symptoms and this is nothing to worry, but care need to be taken for such loud sounds, take care.
