What Causes Bright Red Patches And Sharp Pain In The Scrotum?

Yes. I have, for the past five days, had bright red patches and intermittant sharp pain on the scrotum and expecially right testicle. Could the cause be related to incontinence? I wear men s pads in my underwear. Also, could it be an allergic reaction to something? The pain can be very severe.

Yes definitely it might be due to some allergy and pain is due to inflammation. Take some anti-allergic like levocet or allegra along with combiflam or akilos-p to reduce the pain as well as swelling. If still the condition not improved then consult any surgeon immediately.
