What Causes Bright Red Vaginal Bleeding After Losing One’s Virginity?

I had sex a week ago and my hymen broke, after we finished I noticed I had light red/pink blood coming out, then 2 days later the same color blood was coming out, then all the sudden I wiped and there was bright red blood, I stopped bleeding after that. Is that implantation bleeding? I m very scared..

I don't believe it is implantation bleeding. I think it is just hymen bleeding from trauma.
