What Causes Brightening Of Vision?

I ve been working in the extreme heat and sun for about 2 weeks now. and today my vision started getting really bright like someone was turning the brightness level up. It doesn t hurt but I feel if it gets worse I might pass out or something! I take blood pressure medicine could this be a reason?

get your BP checked an eye check specialty refraction and fundus examination. retina and macula should be examined.reason can be found out. if nothing is diagnosed then must have a review after one week.
