What Causes Broken Blood Vessel In Left Eye And Mild Dizziness?

This evening my husband noticed I had a broken blood vessel in my left eye for no apparent reason. I also just experienced some slight dizziness. Should I be concerned? I take Naids for osteoarthritis, triampharine for inflammation and synthroid for hypothroidism. I am around 200 kids 5 4 and 58 years old.

it is conjuctival hemorrhage, rule out hyper tension and treat for constipation and chronic cough.these ailments facilitate breaking of blood vessel in conjunctiva and causing bleeding. apply cold compression and treat the basic problem
