Understanding your concern. As per your query you have broken blood vessels on the chest region . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like atrial anaurysm , hypertension , pulmonary embolism , blood clots and body Strain .But in your case it seems to me that hypertension will be the reason . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor may check vitals , take history and order blood test . Doctor may prescribe betablockers or calcium channel blockers along with diuretics . For now lower your salt consumption .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
