What Causes Broken Sleep While On Medication For Hypertension?

For the last month or so I have been waking up in the middle of the night and have a hard time getting back to sleep. I am currently taking a medication to lower blood pressure and an over the counter vitamin B and krill oil. Thank you for any advice you can give.
