What Causes Brown Ad Red Spotting After Sex?

I finished my periods on Friday the 4th of feb. I had intercourse on the next day. On Monday I had a some brown discharge and very little on tuesday. Wednesday it was fine. Today i came back from the gym and have again brown/red discharge..Plz Advice..
