What Causes Brown And Itchy Spot Behind Ear And Mole On Areola?

Alright, so normally I see my dermatologist every three to six months, with the last visit being in August. Since then, a very small and faint mole has grown on my left areola. However, it does change from light brown to dark brown. In addition to that, over the past two weeks my ear has been occasionally itchy- and I ve been checking to see if anything looked off. Over the course of three days, a light brown spot has appeared on the back of my ear. I ve had several atypical moles taken off, usually coming back saying some irregular architecture, etc. My next appt. for my dermatologist is in December, when I go home (away for school). Should I not wait, and see someone now?
