What Causes Brown And Red Vaginal Discharge Post Early Menopause?

Hi. I m 31 years old and 12 years ago I had leukemia. The last period I had was 11 years ago and I was told a year or so after that I had gone through early menopause due to the chemo and total body radiation. The last year or so I ve occasionally had a tiny bit of pink discharge, I was concerned so went for an ultra sound and they said everything was as it should be and that was that. For the last 4 days I have had alot of brown discharge, a couple of times with bright blood, stomach cramps and headaches everyday. I m quite worried as I shouldn t be having periods anymore so I don t know what it could be

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the menses bleeding then it is nothing to worry but looking to the history of leukemia it is better to get done some tests or better to see the oncologist it can not be taken as granted, it may be due to menopause hope this information helps.
