Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

White patches on face may be pityriasis alba and brown patches in groin areas may be fungal infection ..tine a cruris most probably. For the firm diagnosis I would recommend to consult the dermatologist.

However, I would suggest...

- tacrolimus 0.03% ointment on white patches
- antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream on fungal infection in groin areas
- antifungal tablets like ketoconazole
- multivitamin tablets
- avoidance of sun exposure
- avoidance of soap bath

Have patience for the good result.

Thanks.
