What Causes Brown Bumps In The Pubic Area?

I was trimming my pubic area and discovered these brownish bumps that are about a millimeter each and there s 3 of them. I m kind of freaking out because I m not sure what they are. My partner doesn t have any and they aren t sore or itchy. I am a female if that makes difference

After going through the medical details provide by you i can understand your concern for your health and i would like to tell you that as Pubic area is a highly vascular area due to which it is usually more pigmented than the rest of the body parts. As you dont have any kind of itching or redness or soreness most probably they are just some loose pigmented sub cutaneous tissue. So dont worry just keep an eye on them for any abnormal growth is their size or any redness.
