OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to abortion , ectopic pregnancy or bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage). I would suggest you to get a ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
