i be been off the depp shot for three months now and right now I m seeing a brown discharge coming from my vagina and I have a fluttering in the lower right side of my stomach the discharge doesn t have a smell I would like to know if I m pregnant or if its something medically serious

Brown discharge is just old blood. It can take a few months for the period to completely regularize after stopping depo shots.
You can take a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
