General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The vaginal discharge with abdomen cramps indicate vaginal infection with some sort of bacteria or fungi most likely and not sign of pregnancy.

My guidelines for the best recovery

- drink more liquids
- vaginal hygiene
- avoid prolonged use of same tampons
- wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears
- vaginal swab report for culture examination and prescription of necessary antibiotics, anti fungal medications
- abstinence at present ( if sexually active ).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
