What Causes Brown Discharge After Getting Periods?

I have been having light pink blood to brown discharge after my periods for the past few months, this month I had the discharge with sometimes a little blood for two weeks after my period , then I had blood which I mistaken it for an early period . It lasted for two days , then all of the spotting went away . I ve been also having to urinate a lot and I am sexually active and light blood sometimes comes out during intercourse and after. What could all of this mean?
