What Causes Brown Discharge After Intercourse?

hi.. i was wondering yesterday me and my husband were going to have sex during intercourse he would pull out finger me and then put his thing in me again never felt no pain i dont no if he scratched inside while he was fingering me.. is that bad because the day before yesterday we still had sex and never bled but yesterday when he fingered me while having sex right when he went to the washroom i bled with discharge so im really worried... but this morning its slightly light brown but it now went away help me please
