HI,
I have understood your concern.
Your pelvic pain needs to be investigated. It can be pelvic inflammation, bladder or kidney infection/ intestinal problems/ Ovarian tumors, fibroids/ ectopic pregnancy/ miscarriage/ lumber spinal problems.Investigations like vaginal swab testing, urine tests, USG lower abdomen, X ray lumber region .. will be needed
The bleeding you have be simply premenstrual/ infection/ endometriosis, pelvic inflammation-this too needs internal check up & USG, X ray to find the exact cause.
Once basic cause is found management would be easy with expert advise.
Thanks.
