What Causes Brown Discharge Along With Breast Pain And Fatigue?

I haven t gotten my period but a week that my period was due I started bleeding a brownish color, my boobs hurt and feel really tired. My first day of my menstrual period was on June 28 and still no period unless if my period was the brownish color. I just discharged a little bit of clear slime with a streak of cherry line.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Well, if your periods have been delayed by a week and having brownish discharge, fatigue and breast pain needs evaluation.

First thing to be ruled out is 'pregnancy'.

For this, kindly get your urine tested for pregnancy using 'Urine Pregnancy Kit'. If it is positive, then it says you are pregnant.

If it is negative, get your blood tested for beta-HCG and get a trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) done. Mainly with this, pregnancy elsewhere also could be detected.

If they are normal and doesn't suggest any information, you need to get your hormone levels FSH and LH levels checked along with ultrasound abdomen to rule out PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome).

Kindly consult Gynecologist with all the reports for further course of management.
