What Causes Brown Discharge, Back Pain And Headache?

Hi,
I am 26 years old and trying to conceive for 2 months(35 day cycle). Last month my period came late with brownish discharge.This month,I got my period on the expected date,29/Nov/2012 with dark red and brownish discharge.I have lower back pain and headache.Can I be pregnant.

Hi,

There is chances of pregnancy but these symptoms are not due to pregnancy. Get a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen done, cause of brown discharge with headache with low back pain can be pelvic infection for which antibiotics course will be required.
