What Causes Brown Discharge From Vagina After Treated Yeast Infection?

I just went through a round of antibiotics for bronchitis and have developed a yeast infection. My doctor prescribed 150MG Fluconazole for the infection. However, I have a brown crumbly material coming out of my vagina, I see it when I wipe myself. Is this yeast or has it possibly developed into something else. Still slightly itchy.
