What Causes Brown Discharge While Suffering From Insomnia?

Hi, so I (18 yr female) have been fatigued for about a week, slight insomnia, starting yesterday I have really had an appetite and today I noticed brown discharge. I am sexually inactive by the way, so I know I m not pregnant. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
