What Causes Brown Discharge,lower Abdominal Pain And Back Ache?

So I had sex with my boyfriend after my period ended. Now a week later I'm having brown discharge and my lower abdomen is having cramps I have a headache I have back ache I never throw brown discharge before so I know that's not a normal thing for my body

HI,
I understand your query.
You had sex after your menses were over & it's one week post sex that you are having brown discharge.-this mid cycle bleeding is likely to be ovulation bleeding.
Observe it for a couple of days.take rest, fomentation to back/ NSAID medicine like Ibuprofen it pain is too much.It will last for 1-2 days.
Other possibility is cervical polyp/ pelvic inflammation/ PCOD/ Fibroid uterus-which need treatment after Gynecologist's advice,
