Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Penile melanosis is usually a benign or harmless condition. It's characterized by small patches of dark skin on the penis. Penile melanosis is also known as penile lentiginosis.

The spots or lesions of darker skin can form on the head or shaft of the penis.

Proper diagnosis leads to proper treatment and cure. Therefore I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
