What Causes Brown Patches On Labia Minora And Bumps Around Vaginal Opening?

i have 2 slight brown patches on the left had labia minora and i have some skin coloured bumps around the opening of my vagina. i have had these for as long as i can remember but i am becoming worried about them as i am not sure if they are normal or not
