What Causes Brown Periods,dizziness And Tender Breasts?

i've been on the mini pill ( cerazette ) for over a year but came off it at the end of nov 2010 due to it affecting my benign interacranial hypertension. i am on acetazolamide at the moment and it seems to be keeping it under control. since coming off the mini pill i've only had a week of brown periods that happened two weeks apart. they have been very light and my chest has become very sensitive and pain full it touch, dizzy and tried, my legs and back ache and i keep having hot flushes and sweaty hands. i have taken a test but said i wasn't pregant. what could these syptoms mean?
