What Causes Brown Pigmentation Around The Genitals?

hi sir, this is ramana, iam a male of 24 years, i have brown pigmentation around and on my genitals, during my early teenage the area is normal but at the age of 17 i happened to get fungal infection,after taking medications i got rid of that infection. but after some years i have gradually got developed brown pigmentation around and on my genitals usually with no itching but some times it do itch, can you please suggest me how to get rid of pigmentation.

Hello dear regarding your experience of dark pigmentation around your genital region you can apply bactroban cream if no improvement apply betamethasone cream I hope this helps
