What Causes Brown/pink Discharge After Having Sex During Pregnancy?

I am about 6 weeks pregnant and the night before last my husband and I had sex and yesterday morning when I wiped after peeing there was brown discharge. It came and went all day yesterday then this morning at 4 am I wiped and it was pink then an hour later I wiped and it was a small streak of rusty red then it went back to brown and is still brown this afternoon. Should I be worried or going to see a doctor?
