Hi there l just noticed a brown raised spot on back of my neck. I never noticed it there before. I have had one mole removed from my stomach a few years ago but it was okay after tests. I have recently used fake tan but have not been out in sun much this year. Virginia
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history of using fake tan and developing the brown raised spots on the neck. With this history it is but obvious that the most probable reason may be related to the reaction of the tan causing the problems you have. I would advise you in such a case the following: Consult a Dermatologist Do not use any local applications as it would change the character of the lesions and make diagnosis difficult. You may be treated with antihistamine and steroids. Never use fake tan again, in fact anything that can probably cause such lesions.
