What Causes Brown Round Spots On Hands?
Hello. It s been months now that little brown round spots apppear on my hands and after some weeks just flake away and are gone. they keep appearing and disappearing. I don t know if this is serious or I should be concerned as it does not itch or anything.

* As per my clinical experience, the brown round spots on hands may be related to hypersensitivity reaction or auto immune disorder related eruptions which do not itch or pause problems.
It is not normal to wait for its disappearance on its own and I would strongly recommend consultation with dermatologist for its examination and management accordingly.
