What Causes Brown Spot On Foot Of A Child?
My 3 year old has a brown spot on the bottom of his foot, at first I thought it was dirt, but upon trying to wash it off, it is not coming off. It kind of looks like a saddle sore that you may get if you do not wear long pants while horse back riding. No new shoes lately and it doesn t seem to bother him, it is just freaking me out. Any suggestions?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is a melanocytic nevus which is a benign proliferation of melanocyte.
