What Causes Brown Spots On Right Upper Thigh And Left Knee?

Today when I got out of the shower I noticed I have about four light brown and flat patches of skin on my legs. They weren t there before. They kind of look like birthmarks except for the fact that I wasn t born with them and they just appeared. There are two on my right upper thigh, one on my left knee and one on my right shin. They are not bruises because there is no sensitivity and they aren t green tinted.

I really appreciate your concern, appearance of such patches may be due to some hypersensitivity some time this could be due to changes in surface temperature, this could be self limiting and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
