What Causes Brown Spots On The Inner Thighs?
In the last week, I noticed small, brownish, flat spots appear on my inner thighs. No other symptoms. They seem to have spread, but are only on my upper thigh, not anywhere closer to my genitals or elsewhere. I am a female in my 30s in a monogamous relationship. I have probably a dozen of these spots on both sides at this point. What could they be? There are no photos online that look anything like it. They don t look like the photos of warts I ve seen, or anything else. I m perplexed.

Brown spots on both sides of thighs
usually indicates fungal infection ...Tenia cruris( epidermophyton)
It is common problem in your age and it is contageous.
1) Use antifungal cream ....Terbinafine cream daily.
2) Tab Fluconazole starting dose 400 mg followed by 150 mg weekly for 6 weeks.
