What Causes Brown Spotting And Vaginal Discharge After Periods?

all, just lately after my period i've been getting a brown discharge which lasts for a few days, i've read that this can be normal but i've never had it before. This stops and then i've been getting what i can only describe as a sticky jelly like discharge which has brown streaks in. Just over a month a go i stopped taking the pill cerazette cos i was having problems with it, irregular bleeding and stuff. The thing is my husband and i want to start trying for another baby but i'm worried i could have an infection or something, theres no chance that i could already be pregnant. I'm 27 and already have 2 children. Cant see the nurse at my drs for another week. Has anyone had anything like this or got any advice. Should i be worried? Thanks.
