What Causes Brown Spotting Just After Periods And Cramps?

I just got off my period about 4 days ago, and I must add it was an unusually short period. Well, now everytime I wipe there is brown stuff on the toilet paper from my vagina, I ve also been having strange cramps. Could this possibly be a sign of pregnancy?

Dear Patient, if you had your period 4 days ago than you can't be pregnant at this point. However, there is the possibilty that you had an early abortion. Another possibilty is an infection of the genital organs (vagina and or tube/ ovarys). If the symptoms persist you should see your gynacologist to examine you to find out.
