What Causes Brown Urination And Headache While Suffering Hypertension?

My father is 63 he has been having blood sugar levels above 200 blood pressure above 158/? Brown urine headache mother says he has felt warm and has had heartburn loss of appetite and has said he has been feeling bloated. He has taking anti poo pills so he has had the poos and has had upset stomach tried to get him to go to the error today but he is a very stubborn man what could he have and how bad
